Will not return deposits if not approved for financing! I applied for financing and gave $200.00 deposit and was not approved and dealership refuses to return money back. Several phone calls and emails and I applied for financing and gave $200.00 deposit and was not approved and dealership refuses to return money back. Several phone calls and emails and texts and no reply. Do Not Trust this dealership especially Karl salesman, he ignores phone calls and emails and makes excuses why he wont return calls. Very unprofessional service. Finance manager ridiculed us for credit history which was incorrect as we were approved for the same vehicle by a different gm dealer and praised how great our credit background actually is, I am sure Karen finance manager only wanted Leasing not Financing since she approved a lease all of a sudden once I repeatedly asked for my money back. She was rude and dismissive. I would never recommend thus dealership to anyone in the lower mainland. More
