I have to say after reading the reviews on this dealer I was hesitant to buy a car there. Since it was a rainy day, and they have a massive indoor showroom I decided I's go there and at least see the Cruze was hesitant to buy a car there. Since it was a rainy day, and they have a massive indoor showroom I decided I's go there and at least see the Cruze I was after in the dry! Gotta love Vancouver car shopping. I was greeted at the front door by the sales manager Ian. He was really nice. He introduced himself, asked what i was after, and sent me to one of his new sales people Jonathan. Ian let me know he would be around to answer any questions that Jon couldn't. I had done my research in advance so Ian's help wasnt necessary but it was a nice offer. This dealership is huge! I was looking for a particular color and the amount of selection they have is awesome. All the cash offers from the factory were on the window of the car (unlike a few other dealers i visited). Long story short, I didnt buy that day but went home, shopped the lease payments, they came out to be the cheapest, and I went back to purchase. The finance process went smooth (Karen in finance was really nice) and what blew be away the most was that right before I left Ian (the sales Manager) and David Kent (the vice president of the company) both came over to shake my hand and thank me for buying a car. I thought that was awesome. Way to go Dueck! More

Incompetent dealership/ careless employees I had my escalade 3 years and something broke on it every month. The service dept is a joke. Waited 4 hours for an oil change so many times. They will book your apt, tell you it shouldn't be too long, and then your vehicle will sit in the parking lot for 3 hours More

Yesterday my car's brakes went off while driving. Only 2000km after last maintenance at DUECK. fortunately I was not so fast, otherwise can you imagine that? I could have been killed. They sold the car to me and I do severe maintenance at their service, and now when problem occurs, I can't even believe they act like this. These people are not ones you can trust! More

Made appointment to view the vehicle upon arrival the vehicle was not on the lot. When I did purchase the finance department did things in a confusing and hurried manner and there were extra fees. Finance department did not due what was asked, I spent 2 weeks dealing with the bank to correct. There seemed to be a big rush to get the sale completed pre delivery inspections were pre filled out as all perfect and no time was spent with me. The attitude was here is your car thanks for the money have a nice day. Happy with my new vehicle but will most likely not purchse from again. More
