Duecks, I have bought a car from you before and was not impressed with your service or your sales staff until now. I never thought I would do business with you guys again after the last clown I dealt with. impressed with your service or your sales staff until now. She noticed I had been spending some money down in service there. She called me in and showed me how to get into a new car and why it was more cost effective. Virginia is far from what 'we' think car sales people are. Yes she sold me a new 2014 Cruze, but I was happy I parted with the cash. Now thats impressive sales. Dueck management should pay attention to how she handles customers. If you are in the market for a car, skip the others and call Virginia here. My experience was 10/10! I know Dueck reviews are bad, and I could see why from the past. But Virginia somehow has managed to put right all of the wrongs. I still wont buy another car from Duecks unless Virginia is selling it, but after she took me around your service and introduced me to the boys who would be working in my car, I am more confident in your operation now. Do not under any circumstances get your car to get serviced at this place. The absolute worst service I have ever received in my life. I have to say after reading the reviews on this dealer I was hesitant to buy a car there. Since it was a rainy day, and they have a massive indoor showroom I decided I's go there and at least see the Cruze was hesitant to buy a car there. I was greeted at the front door by the sales manager Ian. He was really nice. He introduced himself, asked what i was after, and sent me to one of his new sales people Jonathan. Ian let me know he would be around to answer any questions that Jon couldn't. I had done my research in advance so Ian's help wasnt necessary but it was a nice offer. This dealership is huge! I was looking for a particular color and the amount of selection they have is awesome. All the cash offers from the factory were on the window of the car (unlike a few other dealers i visited). Long story short, I didnt buy that day but went home, shopped the lease payments, they came out to be the cheapest, and I went back to purchase. The finance process went smooth (Karen in finance was really nice) and what blew be away the most was that right before I left Ian (the sales Manager) and David Kent (the vice president of the company) both came over to shake my hand and thank me for buying a car. I thought that was awesome. Way to go Dueck! More

Incompetent dealership/ careless employees I had my escalade 3 years and something broke on it every month. The service dept is a joke. Waited 4 hours for an oil change so many times. Yesterday my car's brakes went off while driving. Only 2000km after last maintenance at DUECK. fortunately I was not so fast, otherwise can you imagine that? I could have been killed.
