Dont trust 150 point of inspection on used car! On 0ctober 5 i Bought 2010 buick black enclave cxl awd with 72,000 km. After signing the deal i drove it home for 11km from the dealer. Notice sound/ On 0ctober 5 i Bought 2010 buick black enclave cxl awd with 72,000 km. After signing the deal i drove it home for 11km from the dealer. Notice sound/ noice in the front end. My mechanic said it is probably a worn cv joint. I returned the car the next day. They promised me not to worry and they will look and fix it. After 5 days i returned and the sevice manager gave the key back to me. He knows the issue but didnt fix the car. He will let me drive the car without consern of the danger might happen to me and my family! I went straight to the manager and demanded a full refund. Service here is bad as their car! They wasted my time and energy! More

I found the truck while looking around the lot and Jonathan Overton (salesman) found me. He was very helpful and knew the truck line-up very well. Sleazy liars These people are what you think of when imagining the essence of a sleazy car salesman. After negotiating a "all in" price for a used truck, we couldn These people are what you think of when imagining the essence of a sleazy car salesman. After negotiating a "all in" price for a used truck, we couldn't agree on a figure that worked for both of us. A couple of weeks later a customer service agent called and asked if there was anything else they could do to make this deal happen before the end of the month. I gave the same offer and said I was willing to go $500 higher. We agreed on the price and he passed me back to the salesman-Raj- to finalize the deal and get approval from the used car sales manager. Price confirmed and agreed to. I go to the bank the next morning to get a bank draft and have my cash on hand. Make the hour and a half drive out to dueck on marine and am ready to pick up my new truck. Filling out the paperwork, no thanks for the 4K extended warranty, I pay with the bank draft and then am asked how I'll be paying the rest? What? Pardon? The balance of an additional $5400. No. No. No. that's not an "all in" price. Waited 20 mins to speak with the sales manager to which I'm told that they're not doing this deal,they don't have an extra 5k of room. So I showed him the text messages between Raj and I. The last offer from a couple of weeks prior that was approved by the used car sales manager was in fact $3400 less than what they were trying to sell me the truck for now. Huh? The reason why I came in was the re-negotiated price of $1700 less. Plus the doc. Fee. (All in price👍). I'm told that text messages aren't a binding contract and they are reneging on the deal. I'm told the salesman was confused and that he'll have a talk with him. While discussing all of this the salesman Raj was constantly changing his story and was caught lying by what the text messages clearly said. The sales manager told me it wasn't clear what the offer was in the text. It read: "$40000. + $549 doc fee +. Gst +. $4869.88. PST = $45414.88" "The cost comes to $45414.88 Before trade" "And you pay only $40000 only the rest goes to trade..." That seems fairly clear to me. I refused that offer so why would I come in a couple of weeks later and pay a few grand more? They acted completely unprofessional and sleazy, back peddling and all around a real displeasure to deal with. As if I need to tell you not to trust a car salesman but don't do it! These people are the lowest form of parasites imaginable. Thanks for wasting my time More
