She is detail-oriented and provided information on extras like winter tires and a rear bike-rack (that we requested). She kept us informed throughout the whole process, and during the time that we were waiting for our car to arrive, her communication was steady and informative. To be honest, this transaction that lasted a few months from start to finish was one of the best customer service and purchase experiences that I have ever had, and that I can remember. We live in downtown Toronto where there is plenty of good service, but this whole experience just blew me away. With all that is going on with lockdown and bad news here and there, this transaction with Melissa has made myself and my family so happy and tremendously grateful.
