David Robe is an excellent rep. David was easy to deal with, no pressure, minimal haggling required, and he kept doing stuff that protected US. So Subaru (and Crosstrek) was a no-brainer for me. I had visited two other Subaru dealerships, both of them much closer to my home, before deciding on Downtown Subaru. The reason I decided to go with them was Melissa Yiu. The cordial service offered by her was in drastic contrast to the cold shoulder and the aggressive salesman techniques that I had noticed at the other two dealerships. Even after-sales, Melissa had been quite approachable for some queries regarding my car, winter tire requirements etc and I have found that she had always responded promptly to my calls and emails. Moreover, while dealing with Melissa, I felt that she is a straightforward person and I would very much prefer to deal with someone like that and give my business to them, any given day, rather than a fast-talking aggressive salesman or worse, a snobbish one. Business has to be earned, and in my case, Melissa did that for Downtown Subaru. I would gladly recommend her as a trusted car dealer to any of my acquaintances. More
