He is such a great person to deal with! Very friendly ,respectful and was very helpful in choosing a right trim, righ color and working above and beyond a great deal for us. He was patient and he exceeded our expectations! I love my new car!!! This is definetely the right choice! My customer experience was awesome! From start to finish, David and the team was able to work us through everything and took care of everything and this was quick!!! No customer service This is the worst service I had encountered in my life and I have owned many cars. Every word that comes out of the staff's mouth is a lie. I was lie This is the worst service I had encountered in my life and I have owned many cars. Every word that comes out of the staff's mouth is a lie. I was lie to about my car being under factory warranty when I tried to purchase an extended warranty. I then provided proof from Hyundai Canada that I had a warranty so I took it in to have the sunroof fixed (it was hesitating when it was closing) which took 3 days. Then gave me a loner however when I picked my car up the gas had gone down and there was an extra 13 Milometers on my car. When I questioned it I was they took my car for a test drive because of the sunroof. When I pointed how Idiotic that sounded because there was no issue with my sunroof when driving. The manager of service stuck to his story. I then pointed out how his statement is questioning my intelligence and he stated that is how I feel. They are liars and really bad at it. I give it a ZERO rating. I am sure if it's a gender thing or that my skin colour is too dark or I didn't look the part but they get a FIVE STAR FOR VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN BOTH SALE AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Update: Initially I took the car in and the sunroof was hesitating. I checked when I picked the car up and that was the only time I opened the sunroof. Second time I tried today and it is not working. I have no driven my car in a few days since picking it up. More

Extremely Rude customer service from Gen.Mgr I called to discuss the resdual buyback for my vehicle only to deal with a rude Gen. Mgr who hung up twice on me like an xxxxxxx. So I took my matter to Hyundai Canada coporate to let them know he told me he doesn't care if I return to Hyundai As I told him I won't because of your lack of customer service.
