She found a nice car with the options that were important for her at the Downtown Hyundai dealer. It is a little far for us to go but we really wanted to see it. When we got there we were immediately met by David Shafir who was extremely helpful. The car we got was a trade in and was very well cared for. David said it was because of the great shape it was in that he was selling it off their lot. The car she got is a loaded 2010 Jeep Liberty Limited. It has all the option except a sun roof. Everything works, they cleaned it inside and out. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership if you are in the marked for a car. More

Try to fool you Bought a used vehicle from them. I was buying my first car. They tried to sell me unnecessary stuff by breaking it down in installment so that I canno Bought a used vehicle from them. I had to call and cancel on lot of those extras but they still sold me some useless thing claiming that it cannot be cancelled now, even though car was still at their dealership. Also after some negotiation, I was promised 3 free oil change. When I visited them for oil change they said that I have no proof of this, and implied that I was lying and they are very honorable car dealer. Sales manager told me that he will personally check my invoice that they have moved to come other location and call me back to confirm. But as usual no response from them. It was a really bad experience first time buying a car from them. More

The lack of transparency from the sales manager we dealt with (Cezar) was disturbing. After a week of haggling on the price, we were quoted a decent price, and we returned tonight only have it not honoured with the only option we requested. We were told that they forgot the block heater (what a surprise) and that the price I was told on the phone, which made me come back, didn't include it. As I left I was told by Cezar "If you buy a Hyundai please don't bring it here for service". Please be wary dealing with these people. I'm not sure I will buy a Hyundai from any dealer after this experience. More
