The lack of transparency from the sales manager we dealt with (Cezar) was disturbing. After a week of haggling on the price, we were quoted a decent price, and we returned tonight only have it not honoured with the only option we requested. We were told that they forgot the block heater (what a surprise) and that the price I was told on the phone, which made me come back, didn't include it. As I left I was told by Cezar "If you buy a Hyundai please don't bring it here for service". Please be wary dealing with these people. I'm not sure I will buy a Hyundai from any dealer after this experience. More

Leon was very patient and repeatedly reassured me that they were doing their best to help me find a suitable vehicle for my needs. He was also very attentive to details and was knowledgeable of the vehicle we test drove. Overall, they were very supportive with the entire purchasing process. They have a great team, and every time I go back for miscellaneous items, they greet me with genuine smiles and excellent service. I highly recommend this dealership. More

We were set to buy a new 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT with full Tech package. On the negotiation table, sale rep tacked on a $500 wheels warranty on the worksheet price. I had to haggle him on whether this is optional or mandatory charge. We were only $700 off from my final price when he says; "Look if you can not afford this car, I'll show you cheaper alternative." I was paying CASH and buying a car as a GIFT for someone else! How does he know what I can and can not afford? Why, because I wasn't wearing an italian suit to their dealership? Do your homework before you pist off a 6-figure income white collar worker jack****. I ended up buying the same car @ Westend Hyundai 24 hrs later at MY PRICE. More
