Findings, updates and customer acknowledgements on service fees/changes all sent electronically DURING the service. Hit Agree and they continued with it. All no hassle. Arrived late today for 35K service. Same smiling Brandon took the keys, inspected the car and got it serviced right away. Upfront time and cost estimate for my visit > very useful. Both visits times were under the estimated time. Got help with winter tire swaps. Dealership is small, handful of people working together as a family. Felt as I am a part of it and it felt great. No pressure on anything. Folks working laid back but efficiently. That’s how it should be. Custom requests for service were welcomed and fixed. Coffee was good, dealership is clean and friendly. The shuttle driver came by and offered to take me anywhere, without me even requesting. Compare that to “sorry, I cannot drive you to the previously-agreed destination, I have to go home now” that I got from Don Valley North. The best part: I was able to review the floor models in and out by myself at my own convenience, with no sales guys bumping in to “offer to help” or to “tell me about monthly specials”. When I did have questions, they politely and warmly answered them, letting me mind my own business right after. I am considering moving my financing file to them - if the finance manager can crunch the numbers right. They got my business, they got repeat business, and if they work out on my file right, they may get cross/up-sell business too, as I plan on doing my upgrades here. So far I feel like home here. More

I read reviews, visited various delearahips throughout the GTA and still could not make a decision, that is until I visited the downtown Hyundai dealership. I was approached by a very funny and knowledgeable sale representative by the name of David Sharif. Having him as my advisor made my decisIon to purchase that much easier. His friendly attitude and humorous nature was just a bonus to the knowledge he provides about the products Hyundai has available. Any reservations I had about purchasing were put to rest. I am now the proud owner of a 2018 Hyundai Santafe and I am loving the experience. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I would recommend going to Downtown Hyundai and ask for David Sharif. You will be glad you did. More

Walk away ... This is the only dealership, where I've had a GM turn her back and walk away from a potential customer. Mind you, I should not have expected much from Sandy Glover, after I've seen her parading around the dealership, with her dog walking behind her (very professional I must say). After she wouldn't budge on the selling price of their vehicle, and on my trade-in, she was supposed to come over to introduce herself, give back my IDs and chat. I received zero introduction, got my ID back and then she started justifying their low-ball offer on my car based on "supply and demand" - little did she know she's talking to an Economics major. After she gave her spiel, I simply said "That's fine" (implying no big deal, life goes on), which she somehow took so offensive, that she literally turned around, and without saying anything else, walked away. I could not believe my eyes. So, needless to say, just the way we walked in, we walked out in shock, upset that 2hrs of our time was wasted in this place. After this shocker, we drove down the street to Honda, and bought a new car ... cash! More
Horrible Sales I was in the market for a new car and had a mindset on a few selected vehicles which included the elantra. When I met with a representative, they brushed everything I said off. I do not remember the employee name but he was an older white individual. Nor do I remember exact price they offered me for an brand new elantra but I remember it was very close to the MSRP sticker price you could quote online at the parent hyundai site. I asked if he could do anything with the price, and all he said was no, so I Thanked him and went on my way. I did finally end up purchasing a brand new elantra at a 27,300$ with tint and weather mats, limited + navi at another location after online quotes from different hyundai dealerships which was approximately 4000$ off MRSP. More
Called twice and was asked for a call back. I have called this place numerous times. They have not once had a service tech pickup the phone. The one time I wanted an oil change because I was too lazy to do it myself which I ended up having to show up at the service center just to book an appointment. Again I tried calling Today and first time the secretary transferred me to services and I received a voicemail for a callback. Called again in 30min and told her I received a voicemail requesting for a call back and she said she would check if anyone was in. She then came back and asked me to leave my info for a callback. More
