they sold me a LEMON I was sold a brand new 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited in November 2014 ... the salesman a week later had forgotten what car he had sold me !!! The management (Carlos Baptista)told me right at my face that: "the dealership only sells the cars and that the problems with my LEMON had to be dealt with Chrysler Canada" ... I visited the dealership six times within the first few months of my purchase and they all acted as if all was okay with so many visits with a BRAND NEW automobile !! I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED with DOWNSVIEW CHRYSLER and would advise STRONG caution when dealing with them ...I have since changed dealership for my service calls and noticed significantly positive attitude in customer care !!!
