We previously went through a "lemon" type scenario with our previous 2017 Grand Cherokee purchased at a different dealership. It was due to a seriously dangerous manufacturer defect. Even though the problem was solved, we came out feeling frustrated with the whole customer service side of Chrysler. Enter Dymtro and team. Put us in a newer vehicle, but more importantly a safer one for me and my family. We came out of this experience with a smile. Shout out to Shane and Justice for holding it down in the service dept.
