Excellent Customer Service I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Today I contacted Downsview Chrysler's parts department in regards to accessories for my vehicle. AJ in service was a great help AJ gave me a quote for a repair knowing I had to get 2 more for my company vehicle before I could pull the trigger. Unparrelled customer service I made an appointment to have my snow tires taken off and was told that they could not put my all year tires back on as they were too worn down. Being I made an appointment to have my snow tires taken off and was told that they could not put my all year tires back on as they were too worn down. Being a busy mother of 3 I needed my car back and driveable asap. They referred me to Simon in the parts department and said he was the person that could take care of me. Simon was quick, efficient and extremely helpful. He sourced 4 tires for me and made arrangements to have them installed in just 1 day. I commend Simon, Sandro and the Downsview service department for their commitment to customer service and fast friendly service. I will definitely return for my future service needs. More

He is the only one of your staff, including management (email and conversations were completely ignored a Sam Bruno is your dealership's saving grace. He is the only one of your staff, including management (email and conversations were completely ignored and never addressed) who understand that customer service is key in any industry for repeat visits. After 2 visits having dealt with Michael Chetty whereby he was rude, insulting and when I let him know I would not come back he responded with "fine then go" and an a service call to switch from all seasons to winter tires that took 2.5 hours with a scheduled appointment I had the opportunity to speak with Sam. The first difference, he smiled! The second, he was polite. Most importantly he was not impressed about the service I had previously received. He made a point of ensuring me that it would not happen again. In dealing with him I received prompt, courteous service on several occasions. He is the only reason I continue to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. More

I had been in the market for a new Downsview Chrysler and Domenic Bertucci are hands down the only dealership and salesman i will buy from anymore. I had been in the market for a new/used Dodge Ram 1500 for a few months and only having bad experiences. Then i was recommended to go see Domenic at Downsview and that was the best decision i could have made. Domenic and everyone at the dealership were friendly, helpful and very very reasonable. 10/10 and i plan on recommending them and going back to Downsview for my next truck. More
