A Pleasant experience I was pleasently surprised at the experience I had at Downsview Chrysler. After my bitter experiences is the past, my impression was that, car dealers I was pleasently surprised at the experience I had at Downsview Chrysler. At Downsview, I had a totally different experience. The sales executive Sayed, was very helpful in leading me to make the right decision. For him, it was not just another sale...but building a relationship. That is how it should be. They work collaboratively and are not each vying for my attention t This is my second new car purchase from the dealership and from my sales "people". They walk you through the entire process of buying a new car and are very patient; in both cases I was a demanding customer, i.e. took the car at least 4 test drives, sat in it hundreds of times, adjusted everything about the seat etc. Dominic and Jacob are great and worked with me through it all! I am very happy with my Fiat 500 Abarth (it's a decked-out beast of a car with a turbo engine and every driver comfort feature I could get!) More
