Had a little issue at the beginning with my 2015 Jeep Cherokee with the Warranty b Probably one if not the BEST Car dealerships I've ever dealt with! Had a little issue at the beginning with my 2015 Jeep Cherokee with the Warranty being restricted (at no fault of the dealership) But these guys especially Gad and Richard both worked for 2 months (all while providing a rental SUV) and made sure that everything was absolutely 100% before I drove my Cherokee off the lot. Topnotch! I found their ad on Autotrader and dropped in. I met with Gad and he gave me keys for a test drive. After I was satisfied this was the model and year I wanted, we talked about the history of this particular vehicle, he showed me reports of searches across N. America seeking out any accident or insurance reports on this vehicle. Fortunately they all came back negative. My wife came with me the next day to test drive the car and she also was satisfied with it. However, what sold her was the level of due diligence that Gad and his team at Downsview carried out to ensure the car was perfectly safe and in perfect condition. Only then did we talk money and after meeting with both Gad and Brian, we arrived at a price satisfactory to all. A few days later the car was prepped, licensed, etc. and we discovered that they had also "fixed" a couple of items that in their opinion was not "perfect". No Charge! That level of care is fairly rare nowadays, so we whole-heartedly recommend Downsview Chrysler to anyone wanting a good deal, but above that, very caring service. Thanks Gad and Brian More
