If you give me an email address I will send you the screen shots of the entire chat with time stamps included. On a side note, if your using the chat toolnl only as a lead generation /contact info being collected type we vice you should be upfront about it. It shouldn't take 3 days to get an answer to a simple question.

It's the way it's marketed. It's marketed as a sales service, let's be honest. The chat agents really can't answer anything. They are just a forwarding or contact info collection tool. Really they are kind of useless, if all they can do is say whether the car is available or not and all other questions have to go a sales person, then why waste the time talking to them? I should just call sales. Example when I chat to sales at BMW Toronto, I'm connected to an actual.sales.person, not a call center agent. The chat should connect to a sales person... the experience the way it is now is slow, not useful and frustrating. Email sent
