He met the needs I had for the vehicle by getting leather seats installed vs pushing me to buy the higher grades unlike 3 other dealerships I had been to. Above and beyond for customer service I came into the dealership with the mindset of "just shopping around", but Dmytro had other plans for me! At the time, I was driving a RAV4 and extre I came into the dealership with the mindset of "just shopping around", but Dmytro had other plans for me! At the time, I was driving a RAV4 and extremely disappointed in it's performance. Breaks were terrible, it looked subpar, had no speed on the highway and no luxuries! Dmytro listened to my complaints and concerns and showed me the Jeep compass, it was everything I wanted. Everything! And he offered a very reasonable and good deal on the car. However, I was very very stubborn and wanted to "just shop around". Well, Dmytro seemed to know better and would not let me leave that dealership without signing. He spent 3 hours with me showing me everything and trying to convince me! I've never had someone care so much about MY needs. Needless to say, I did sign. But I also did look around more online to make sure I was getting a good deal. With some research, it was apparent Dmytro was being honest and fair with me. With sales, it's important to have a representative that is honest, will treat you fairly and will help you make the right decision. That should have been where this storey ends however, I ran into some trouble with my insurance. Again Dmytro had my back. He was able to recommend another insurance rep and agreed to honour the deal despite my delay in insurance coverage. Needless to say, i would recommend him as a sales rep and I would send my friends and family to him. I wake up every day in love with my Jeep compass, and actually want to drive my car now. And, I also feel a little cooler in the Jeep than the RAV4. If you are visiting this dealership, request Dmytro you will not regret it. More
