Magic to My New Family After a disappointment with my previous vehicle purchased at a different car dealership, I started to look around for my "true dream vehicle" and did After a disappointment with my previous vehicle purchased at a different car dealership, I started to look around for my "true dream vehicle" and did a little window shopping. I was looking for a car service at Downsview Chrysler dealership, it was a busy day at the service department and I could not afford to leave my vehicle for the night. Just when I decided to leave, I was suddenly approached by one of the salesmen (Payam Torfehgoo). He had that smile not just to sell but to build a relationship/bond with their costumers. He was very friendly and a man to trust. I told him about my situation that I was stuck paying a vehicle that I don't really like, that the money I was paying does not match the value of the vehicle. I was in the 3rd year of my 8th year term. I asked him for advice if it is not too late to do something about it. He did not make promises but gave me the feeling of reassurance that he will try his best to help me regarding my situation. He showed me the different models available, from regular to luxury and most of them I liked. I told him that my dream car is a "Jeep Grand Cherokee (preferably white)". We checked all available stocked and found myself debating between a Cherokee Trail Hawk(white) or a Grand Cherokee Limited (white). Payam and I went for a test drive with the regular Grand Cherokee and ended picking up my fiancee on the way back since we live in the neighborhood. We preferred the Grand Cherokee compared to the Cherokee. In terms of value, they were close but for the Jeep Grand Cherokee, it is more spacious and tanky looking. We were then introduced to a very "chill" gentleman (Mr. Eli Tamam) who later became our "genie" that made our dream car come true. I really appreciate what he did for us and for the early wedding gift. Thank you for your understanding. Now, to Mr. Masoud Asghari who showed us the best options to protect our new investment, thank you for being patient with us explaining all the risks involve and how to protect ourselves. Also, thank you for sharing your life experience with us and your pearls of wisdom. Payam whom now I call my "Older Brother"; we really appreciate what you did for us and for introducing with some wonderful people at your store. I really felt like I could relate with all of you, I respect your teams' professionalism and caring for your customers. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR PURCHASED!!!
