Poor Customer Service - Rude Staff Went in to purchase parts for a fiat 500. Was treated very bad. I had previously purchased this same part last month for a different fiat 500 from sam Went in to purchase parts for a fiat 500. Was treated very bad. I had previously purchased this same part last month for a different fiat 500 from same dealership but this time, the guy who sold the part to me was on vacation and the other members of staff argued that no one sold the part to me. When I pulled up the invoice, they seemed disappointed. What I could read from this was unfair treatment due to profiling. I was shouted at and spoken to in a very rude and arrogant manner. I would advise customers not to deal with this particular dealership when it comes to parts. They are not honest, they are rude. You can’t return items purchased if you later found out they were purchased with issues. Stay away please. I hope this helps someone else. More
