Best buying experience Ever!!! I was called in from the salesperson Andrey Slomnitsky and was informed of a midnight sale they were having. From walking in the front door the staff I was called in from the salesperson Andrey Slomnitsky and was informed of a midnight sale they were having. From walking in the front door the staff was very welcoming and courteous. Within seconds I was greeted and asked if I could be helped in any way. I told them I was here to see Andrey and they paged him. Andrey came and we had a seat. We discussed what I was looking for in the new minivan. I expressed the features that mattered the most. This is my fourth experience with buying a new vehicle. This is by far THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD BUYING A VEHICLE!!! Dealing with Andrey and the manager Eli Tamam was very easy. They are professional and courteous and respectful. Eli took his time with explaining everything about the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. In the end we made a deal that we were both happy with! I walked away feeling great about our exchange. Would definately recommend Downsview Chrysler for purchasing a new vehicle and will be going back for any future transactions. I don't usually write reviews but malek is amazing !!! This is the second time I have purchased a car from Malek, and it was once again a super awesome experience. Malek was very attentive to my needs and concerns, and worked hard to get me the best deal possible for my new Car. The sales manager,mr Richard, was very knowledgeable and really made me feel like he had my best interests in mind when explaining all of my options. At no point did I feel that dreaded pressure to buy a car from them. It was great to experience such personalized service from a car dealership. It really alleviated a lot of the anxiety I had about having to buy a brandnew car. I would definitely recommend Malek to anyone looking for a new car in the area! Only go if you are ready to buy Prior to attending Downsview Chrysler I had contacted a salesperson for information regarding a lease. The salesperson responded and provided me with pricing that was fair and asked for me to attend the dealership for them to apprise my Jeep. I set up an appointment to attend and meet with the salesperson. The salesperson was busy but passed me off to another employee to help me out. I explained that I could not do the deal today as there is many external factors in play but wanted to get my Jeep appraised, test drive the 2019 Wrangler, look at some numbers and come back next week to finalize any deal. I explained that I knew that next week was the start of a new month and as such the pricing could change and if it did I was prepared to pay more but I just needed a rough idea of what they would pay for my Jeep to see if it was even worth it. This employee told me he didn’t want to waste my time nor his in providing numbers and instead handed me off to an assistant manager. I was handed off to yet another employee, who I tried to explain this to all over again and I was advised that wanting to pay more was not logical. I re-explained that I understand deals change and it is a risk I have to take because I am not in a position to make a deal today. In my opinion this employee could not respect this fact. In my opinion this employee was not understanding of my situation. He was pushy, passive aggressive, and lacked the ability to accept feedback and handle this type of situation. He was only willing to do things his way instead of listening to the customer. He was not attentive to my needs, didn’t apprise my car, and after getting no where with him I left. Overall the feeling I was left with by this dealership was only come if you are ready to do a deal immediately and if not don't come. While this might not be how the employees I dealt with today viewed the situation, this is, in my own personal opinion, how it came off. While I do note this dealership has many exceptional reviews, everyone has off days and I might just not be the right customer for them. I will note their pricing is rather fair, I just think they need a substantial improvement in their customer service and understanding that providing information and customer service is part the business they’re in. They have ensured that when I am ready to buy a Jeep I will not return to this dealership. More

Ignition problem I have previously left an unfavourable review, which I am editing. It was left at a time when I was upset and not happy with the situation and it was I have previously left an unfavourable review, which I am editing. It was left at a time when I was upset and not happy with the situation and it was not fair representation of the service I had received. I have included a brief summary of what transpired. I have an after market starter that was installed in my dodge vehicle close to 10 years ago. Unfortunately To diagnose the problem this has to be removed at a cost of 320$ plus tax. before they could even scan the vehicle to find the problem. There is no way around this because the equipment needed to analyze can not operate with after market parts. I was upset that I had to pay for something before any work could be done. The service person named Shane was helpful and said he like to help but that this was there policy. They are currently working on the vehicle and I will update the review once the work is completed.
