While service was great, the steps taken to make everyone safe seemed to be breaking down or missing. There were no health surveys and the hand washer was broken. Finally given that we are in the 21st century I was surprised to see a most pen and paper based solution, requiring me to write down all of the information that I have provided and now stored in your computers. My new PHEV needed its first maintenance check and I was able to drop it off the night before. Blake was helpful & flexible when I hadn’t signed a document upon dropping the keys off. I would prefer the service depot had hours that extended beyond the work day and while they do have a shuttle, the timing just didn’t work for me. More
