While service was great, the steps taken to make everyone safe seemed to be breaking down or missing. There were no health surveys and the hand washer was broken. My new PHEV needed its first maintenance check and I was able to drop it off the night before. Blake was helpful & flexible when I hadn’t signed a document upon dropping the keys off.
