Purchased a 2011 Kia Sorento Horrible Service This SUV was riddled with steering rack issues. Had to take the vehicle in around 6x also for a shifter replacement. I also noted a chugging sensation This SUV was riddled with steering rack issues. Had to take the vehicle in around 6x also for a shifter replacement. I also noted a chugging sensation in the lower gears. I was told by the service manager himself that I would have to put up with the squeaking in the steering wheel boot area. I do! It's disgusting! The chugging is worse. Now the vehicle is off warranty. They are saying I did not come in the other times when I noted it while still under warranty so they cannot assist me. It's possible a module that they also replaced is faulty. Or it's my transmission. I have 118k on my vehicle and owe money on it at the bank. Even their finance guy got me screwed over with a high interest rate. All in all! The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. With the exception of a few people in their service Dept who work hard to improve their image. If I were you. Shop elsewhere, it's not worth the aggravation! I'm also reporting this business to the BBB of Canada and other Consumer Alert Agencies! Truly Disappointed More
