Dishonest. Bait & switch. Promised 2020 Rav4 Limited in inventory, which was not and then take advantage of customer's urgency to get a car asap. Ended up with 2019 RAV4 Limited, satisfied with the cat bu inventory, which was not and then take advantage of customer's urgency to get a car asap. I signed a lease at Don Valley North Toyota almost 3 weeks ago. I kept asking for the delivery date and they never gave it to me until I contacted them again yesterday; they said they don't have it any weeks ago. I kept asking for the delivery date and they never gave it to me until I contacted them again yesterday; they said they don't have it anywhere in Canada. When were they going to tell me this if I didn't follow up?? My other lease is ending in 2 weeks (which they know). They are not willing to give me a loaner or lease me the demo unit of the upgraded version of the same model for the same cost saying they will now lose money, but I don't believe they should worry about loss of profit when they basically sold me a car that doesn't exist, which is a FRAUD. they are about to lose way more than a few thousand dollars here; trust, reputation, and numerous future sales.
