Something to "Chew" about! I have just finished my 12th service visit with DVN. It has left me baffled! At the beginning of my service visits I was attended by a fabulous gent I have just finished my 12th service visit with DVN. It has left me baffled! At the beginning of my service visits I was attended by a fabulous gentleman named Hiroshi. He was promoted within the department so I was hooked up with other advisors. My enjoyable visits became strained when dealing with the new advisor: had to dig for information and explanations were not great..... My appointment was made Nov 14 with Shirley Ng for 11 am. She suggested I have a loaner car as I was getting full service which would take about 4 hours. Usually I just wait in the lounge and read but accepted the loaner. The advisor said he would phone me to pickup my vehicle so I waited until 4pm before I phoned service to enquire. After walking my dogs, a phone message advised me to wait until morning to get my car. When I phoned back, my advisor had left and left me in a lousy way. The loaner had to be back by 11am so I cancelled my 10am therapy on Wed. and went to get my car. The advisor said there was two issues with my lexus 1) would need new front breaks soon and 2) a rodent had chewed the wires under the hood...…………….how do I, a 70 year old lady deal with that??? This part of the service visit gets ridiculous and overwhelming for me because I was informed that they would be checked at next visit and replaced if they had been eaten through!!! What about electrical tape, I enquired and was told "yes, you could wrap them in electrical tape and use some hot pepper (cayane) to keep the rodents away" I lost sleep last night thinking about this problem...……..I just paid over $370 for service and I have a problem under my hood. It was also mentioned in my meeting with the advisor that this chewing of wires by rodents is a common problem because they like the taste of whatever material covers the wires!!! Should Lexus not have come up with a solution. I have had my lexus almost 8 years and never been left with such a problem to worry about. What am I supposed to do about this now? More

Even though we were buying a used vehicle we were treated in a very professional yet relaxing manner. I love my RAV4. No pressure felt. I will refer anyone I know looking for a vehicle to this dealership AND have them ask for Oliver. He followed up after to ensure everything was fine. He introduced us to his manager Chris who was equally pleasant to deal with. More

He gave us a great deal, advised us on the better car for our need, showed us the rear parking with the back camera which I never experienced in any other dealership. Every step was very thoughtful. No wonder, we traveled from Mississauga to Don Valley North Lexus to buy our dream car. There was a little manufacturing issue with the first car that was delivered to us, the dealership not only went above and beyond to replace it for a new one, also they sent us a rental vehicle from their dealership to Mississauga. Joyce Lu the second salesman/delivery specialist was very very knowledgeable about the car and the best thing is that she is never tired of answering our endless questions even in her off day over the phone. All in all, we are falling in love with this beautiful car. The experience is priceless. Thank you Don Valley North Lexus team! More

G at DON VALLEY NORTH LEXUS One of the WORST dealership experiences ever, I was out of the country at the time, so my girlfriend who is my fiance now went in with her mother to j One of the WORST dealership experiences ever, I was out of the country at the time, so my girlfriend who is my fiance now went in with her mother to just inquire, they went in and was referred to CHAKILAN by a family friend and was under the impression that he could be trusted that they will not be "hustled" , however by the end of the interaction, they were finessed into signing papers and leaving a 3k cash down, when they went back in to switch cars based on affordability issues, CHAKILAN refused to change the unit nor give the 3k cash down back; claiming they had already placed the order, although it has only been a day. We plead with him however he refused without even making an attempt or having any sense of consideration, all in all it felt as though all they were only concerned with money and had ZERO concern for customer satisfaction. Will definitely NOT RECOMMEND DON VALLEY NORTH LEXUS or Chakilan. More

My husband was always a fan of Toyota vehicles but I was drawn to Honda so we began the hunt . My husband works near the Don Valley Lexus dealership and decided to paruse their lot one afternoon. He was impressed by the quality of used vehicles on the lot and the professionalism of the sales consultant (Amir Teyhooee) he met that day . I decided, somewhat reluctantly, to visit the dealership. It was the best decision I made. Amir was patient and knowledgeable, he was honest and not pushy. I felt that he was more interested in us being satisfied than with making a sale. I purchased ES 350 2014 vehicle that very day. The entire experience from the time of purchase to the day we picked up the vehicle was outstanding. Stanley in the finance department took his time to explain our various options. The highly skilled professionals in the detailing department did a spectacular job with the vehicle . It would be difficult for most people to tell that it was a previously owned vehicle. The attention to detail was to highest of standards. The manager Mr. Ian Fernandes took the time to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase and demonstrated a commitment to outstanding customer service. I have never walked away from spending a substantial amount of money and feeling so elated. The staff are like a big family who welcomed you into their home , took care of all your needs and then sent you off feeling like a VIP. Terrible Service I currently live in Markham and I have 2 Lexus vehicles. Although I did not get my vehicles from DVNL but I was hoping for support to service my vehic I currently live in Markham and I have 2 Lexus vehicles. Although I did not get my vehicles from DVNL but I was hoping for support to service my vehicle in a location near my new home. I called the service department on Tuesday, July 17 at 6:14pm. Spoke to an agent by the name of Andrew. My feedback he is un-professional, not welcoming and was kind of rude on the phone. I was not happy at all by his response or his willingness to help with my request to book an appointment. All I wanted was to drop my RX350 for service and get a drive. I hang up and called another dealer, North West Lexus as it is closer to my work place. The agent was very helpful and very welcoming. She immediately offered me all options. I dropped my car today for the service, gave me a loaner. My service included the regular service 3 and I also had to replace the breaks. Although the bill was over $2000, but I was happy to deal with someone who cares for me, someone very professional and making me feel welcome. I wanted to let DVNL to know, not only you lost the revenue but you also lost a customer who was willing to service 2 vehicles at your location. I will also exchange my review with everyone in my network. Great reviews on sales but seems that your service department need improvement. Not sure if it is driven by revenue generating department but it is clear, your service department deserves 1 out of 5. More
