Very poor customer service On Wednesday, May 23rd went o the dealership and negotiated a price for a Toyota Venza and told salesmen and the Manager that I will be back with my s On Wednesday, May 23rd went o the dealership and negotiated a price for a Toyota Venza and told salesmen and the Manager that I will be back with my son on Saturday, May 26th for final paperwork. The same day received an email from them for thanking me for my business with them.. On May 24th I received a call from another manager to confirm the purchase and again I reassured him that we will be back on Saturday, May 26th with son. On May 25th morning received a call from sales person again and I made an appointment for Saturday at 4pm for paper work. On May 26th received another call from same sales person who stated that the vehicle was sold to someone else by his Manager on May 25th. Such a waste of time dealing with them. I will never recommend this place to anyone. More

No customer appreciation and care after sale ! I have been a Lexus customer since 2011 , during the last ice storm I noticed a damage to my car , the rear moulding was missing , so after showing i I have been a Lexus customer since 2011 , during the last ice storm I noticed a damage to my car , the rear moulding was missing , so after showing it to Lexus Don Vally North to buy a replacement moulding , they estimated the replacement 1734.00$ for the part and 240$ for labor so it would cost me including tax 2230 $ just to get a rear moulding renewed !!!! The problem is that in order to replace the rear moulding they have to change the whole upper back part because it has been designed that way ! I insisted that issue is a design and manufacturing defect and should be covered by Warranty , but they did not agree ! I do not see the reason that the new model designs should give you more problems and pain instead of ease and comfort . I need a company explanation for this matter . More

We have a great experience car shopping at DVN and it took us only 2 visits to confirm the purchase of our new Lexus and about 10 days from signed the agreement to have my new vehicle delivered at this dealership's parking lot. This is an absolutely hassle free experience! My father in law bought a new ES350 with the same dealership, same salesperson and didn't disappoint us when we went back to buy our brand new Lexus. It was not a good experience to say the least. My sales rep at DVN was not pushy and I did feel supported. I felt the rep listened to my needs. I did not feel like it was a shady deal for just getting rid of a 2016 model. The financial department was professional and the sales manager very attentive. Of course I know in the dealership world it can be rather challenging as I have experienced in the past. You have to know what you want and have the confidence before you go. You lead the way!!! More
Worst place for anything Lexus related Convinced my immigrant parents who had a language barrier to purchase $6,000 warranty plan that didn’t cover anything when we bought the car in. Car was making noises, brought it in, didn’t do anything about it, continued to make noises even though it was new. Windshield wipers stopped working but apparently wasn’t covered by the warranty either. Stopped working as in it stopped automatically moving. Told me they had to buy new parts, new “linkage” for the blades to move again. Went to a family owned mechanic shop, they said it just fell out of place, lift it back up, screwed it back on and worked perfectly fine, charged $10. I thought Lexus wouldn’t lie with their mechanical work because they are such a big company but they still did. Never go here. Run far far away. Wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE I know. More
