assistance for a desperate 1 st time buyer of lexus car this is not my car but for my sons who is so stressed out regarding the outcome information coming from the insurance , my son had an accident on 06/1 this is not my car but for my sons who is so stressed out regarding the outcome information coming from the insurance , my son had an accident on 06/19/19 and insurance agent brought the lexus car to their shop. unfortunately until now wasnt fix. they are giving the reason as no parts availabe . they said that they had requested a part at your shop at Dixie and wont give any exact time to have the part available , please advise any option on how can this be solve , or is your shop exclusive to fix any damages for Lexus car? please advise from a deperate mother . Mr. Jun Belo let us test-drive and compare both the IS We're absolutely satisfied with our recent purchase of a certified pre-owned 2016 Lexus IS 300. Mr. Jun Belo let us test-drive and compare both the IS 350 and IS 300. We agreed with him that the IS 300 is fast enough and handling is just as excellent, while offering somewhat better fuel economy. We enjoy the car tremendously. Mr. Belo is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And his good sense of humour made the long process of document signing delightful. More
HORRIBLE/RUDE customer Service from Sabrina at Reception I needed to get in touch with a sales consultant DVNL very urgently as my insurance agent needed information ASAP. Sabrina was horrible at getting me I needed to get in touch with a sales consultant DVNL very urgently as my insurance agent needed information ASAP. Sabrina was horrible at getting me in touch with the right person, and would not let me finish my sentences, and would transfer me mid sentence. I had to call a total of 4 times to get her to pass on a message which I later found out she delivered the next day and not immediately when needed.. This is horrible service and makes the dealership and team seem unprofessional, and totally lacking in customer service and care. PRO TIP: Dont hire a receptionist (someone who is the first point of contact for some) who does not possess the basic communication skill set. More
