I just want to Express my gratitude towards Don Valley North Lexus. The facility there hands down is the best. They accompany you with respect and do everything possible to make you feel comfortable and h North Lexus. The facility there hands down is the best. You can walk into Don Valley anytime even just to scope their next Creation with out feeling pressured or having that "oh I have to talk to a sales person mentality" it's nothing like that and I believe this is one of the reasons besides being the best automakers why Lexus is and will always be successful and far more superior in class than the rest. Now let's talk about Oliver Lo, man this guy is seriously amazing. I remember when we spoke on the phone and booked the appointment for me to come in he impressed me right away. I sensed his genuinety right away and knew I was dealing with the right person. When we finally met in person I was greeted with respect and I actually was dealing with an honest individual who is who he made himself up to be on the phone. When you meet Oliver you will see right away that his first interest is you. He never made me feel pressured and always made sure I was ok and did everything he could to help me make a decision on my Lexus that I bought. See Oliver is a clever man and I respect him for being him and not some person acting as a salesman. He indeed is a top notch salesman but he doesn't display 2 personalities you get the real deal. I respect Oliver because he knows the product he was representing sells itself it's a given. Hence the no need to pressure because at the end you really are getting a top notch vehicle. What he did pursue persistently was making sure he could help me and get me everything I needed not just what I wanted. Sometimes we get carried away and want so much but as long as you Have someone named Oliver taking care of you, you already won. Oliver knows his clients get excited so he is very grounded in making sure important things come first when buying a car. I can go on forever in regards to my experience with Oliver. Hands down the best lexus representative ever, I want to refrain from calling him a sales guy because he is so much more than that, his heart bleeds Lexus yes but he is a phenomenal person in general and really looks out for not just his clients but Don Valley Lexus as well. Great Job Don Valley you really landed a Gem here. Oliver my man many thanks for all your help and honesty. Wish you all the best and many more experiences like our own. It's not just about buying a car but feeling like a part of a family when you do. I will forever own a lexus because I believe great cars come with outstanding triple AAA service. Also, I can't forget managers Jennifer Yang,Manfred Ko, and Gary Pinnock. I really appreciate their efforts in making sure I was treated fairly. In which I believe I was. I also want to shout out Angelo in the finance department, such an awesome person. Amazing mentality really funny guy and really listens to help you and do the best he can. Angelo is the miracle man, he just can't adjust vehicle pricing hahah Thanks again Angelo, Oliver and all of Don Valley North Lexus. More
Failure to disclose vehicle had paint repair Purchased vehicle that was 1 year old. The rX 350 w e bought in 2014 began to show bubbling in the paint. Went to see DVN, their body shop etc... Nume Purchased vehicle that was 1 year old. The rX 350 w e bought in 2014 began to show bubbling in the paint. Went to see DVN, their body shop etc... Numerous emails and calls made but often not returned. Still awaiting call. Advised by their body shop staff that this vehicle had thinner paint on the trunk and must have been a repair. This was never disclosed to us at purchase time. Nobody accepting responsibility for this. We were told because it was years later it was too late. Rust doesn't start over night so of course it is just bubbling to the surface at this time. We were told they have a grandma clause that is to treat customers like your grandma. This is not what our experience was like. We are very honest and hard working and to think this information was withheld is appalling. One manager went out with a paint thickness detector and within seconds said it was repainted in the exact area. Nobody will admit they were responsible and are not willing to repair it at no charge to us. More
Nobody is in Charge and Nobody cares The only thing 5 star about DVN Lexus is that they charge 5 times more (and take 5 times longer) for the same service you would get anywhere else. I had to transfer a lease and found i had a horrific time and spent about 8 months trying to figure out the procedure. I kept getting different explanations and prices or that it was not even needed for my special case. Nothing is ever in writing of course. Finally when the deadline approached i found myself running around 18 days at considerable time and expense. I would stand in line at Service ontario for 2 hours only to find out that i can not renew the license sticker (well no one told me. ) . Then Lexus said "oh no we have to do it ". Then they did it wrong and even gave me somebody else's license sticker. The joker did not even check his work. When i called him out about why are you giving me a 4 month sticker when i paid you almost $200 ? He lied to me and said it was because i was 3 days late ! Go figure! Anything to get rid of the customer. I lost several days of work and had to cut a business trip in half at thousands of dollars of expense. When i asked Lexus to cover the costs , they were again no where to be found . Not to mention that they put people's life in danger if caught by the police with someone else's license stickers or the US border patrol. In fact the Manager Stanley quarreled with me for an hour about returning $7 i had to pay out of my own pocket. He did not even have the courtesy to reimburse my lease costs for the 4 days or gas and time or insurance. Even that took almost a month to get the $7 refunded to the credit card ! He kept making excuses that he lost the number etc. These guys are really cheap and greedy (and sloppy in their work) ! So much for the Luxury car service and image ! I will be glad to return this car. Good riddance. When I wrote a letter to the VP , it was ignored of course, same goes for the Better Business Bureau. More

During our test drive, we drove a lower trim test vehicle (IS300 Premium Package), We spoke about the necessary features we wanted in a car, AWD, Apple Carplay/Android Auto, Seat Memory, Navigation being some of the top features. He explained that the higher trim- the Luxury edition we were looking to lease would include the features we wanted. After recieving the car approx a month ago, we had trouble finding the feature and learned today at the auto show that the option is not available at all. I contacted the salesperson and he denied ever saying that the Apple Car Play feature was available and advised to return to Lexus and lease a newer model that would have this feature in 2 years time. I was absolutely appalled at the thought of returning to Lexus considering the conflict that's in front of us. We felt like we were rushed into purchasing a car that would otherwise not have been considered as it did not fulfill all of our requirements. I could have gone to Acura, Audi and Mercedes Benz and got all of those features for less money and given us all of the features we wanted and more. More
