Best experience If you want to buy a car, Dixie Toyota is the place to do it. Justin helped us choose the right vehicle for our family. He also went through all the features and the differences between the models. Justin offered different options for financing and he offered to take a look at last year's model. Turned out, last year model was a brand new car with lower payments. Justin is a great person to work with. He is always straight forward, understanding and he lets you take the time to decide. You don't need to stress about taking his deal right away. He is willing to wait for your decision. This is not the first time I dealt with Justin and I will be following him no matter which dealership he'll choose to work at. More
Not the place you want to waste your time My advice never buy from them and never take your car there for service .Especially if you just go there for under warranty repairs or diagnostics .H My advice never buy from them and never take your car there for service .Especially if you just go there for under warranty repairs or diagnostics .Had bad experience twice in two weeks and funny part is they havn't even looked at the car yet.Went in with appointment and came back hour and fifteen minutes later feeling they made fool of me all that time i am thinking they will be working on my car but in fact vehicle was taken outside of the garage and parked there .Don't beleive it you can call them and confirm.Still trying to figure out why would they do this to me .Got apology call from their operations manager but trust me those were just words i am sure nothing will change.Only reason went there twice is its close to my home and on my way to work.Should go to the dealer where i bought the 4runner from.I am happy couldn't buy from them(for a reason and that was not the price they were first priority they didn't have the car they were selling to me and i had to wait one month which with their track record could be longer).Does not want to sound that i have something personal against them but thats the truth worth sharing More

JUSTIN ATTFIELD IS THE BEST!! My wife and I wanted to trade in our 2014 Sienna van for a new one. We wanted to upgrade the electronics/nav systems and quite frankly I did not like My wife and I wanted to trade in our 2014 Sienna van for a new one. We wanted to upgrade the electronics/nav systems and quite frankly I did not like the black colour of the 2014. It showed every speck of dust and dirt. Other than that it was a great vehicle. Just by luck when I called Dixie Toyota I was transferred to Justin. What a lucky break for us!! Justin was straight forward and upfront from the very beginning. There was none of the back-and-forth nonsense that you normally have to go through to purchase any vehicle. At every point of the sale he was nothing but fantastic. He gave us a very fair price with a proper trade-in value for the 2014 as well as a very competitive price for our new 2017 Sienna. We did run into a few little snags with delivery date but Justin made everything work in our favour. Another little snag was the transferring of the trailer hitch from the 2014 to the 2017. Toyota Canada had sent Dixie the wrong part 2 or 3 times which resulted in problems getting our van. Since we live about 2 hours away from Dixie we did make a couple of trips down to Mississauga for nothing. But again, Justin set things right for us and couldn't have been more accommodating. Justin is the epitome of what every salesperson, automobile or anything else for that matter, should be. He should be cloned!! I certainly would give Justin my very highest recommendation to anyone who wants to buy a Toyota. Justin is a great asset to Dixie Toyota and I trust he is recognized by the owners as such. More

Dissatisfied Service My husband and pre ordered a 2017 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro back in December expecting our vehicle to arrive by early March along with the rest of the 1s My husband and pre ordered a 2017 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro back in December expecting our vehicle to arrive by early March along with the rest of the 1st allocation of this specific off-roading model. After not being contacted by anyone from Toyota on the arrival of our vehicle we reached out to them in question, little to find out the vehicle they had coming for us is in the colour Red when our contract specified White. Since finding out the disappointing news we've received little to no help from the sales team on trying to fix our order. My husband has been reciving assistance from a completely different location in attempts to re locate the correct colour. Furthermore, the Red vehicle is expected to arrive at the end of April, meaning our order was missed being placed with the 1st allocations despite the consumers efforts of pre ordering several months in advance. Speaking from a consumers standpoint my husband and I feel that this particular location could improve on work closer with their custmers when having to troubleshoot though stressful mix ups like this one at hand. The lack of urgency and communication on Toyotas end has left my husband scrambling like a chicken, constantly on the phone with locations all over Canada trying to sercure himself the vehicle he was initially promised from Dixie through bonded contract. We feel as though Dixie misled us into thinking they could get us this particular vehicle when they really had no factual information on if they could get the correct vehicle or not. Overall, we understand things like this are inevitable but the lack of help and willingness to help from Dixie Toyota has failed us and has made us regrant not going though a different location that are working closely with us on getting this error fixed with minimal wait time. We were greeted by Ivan Oorloff at Toyota Dealership and we quickly noticed how friendly and pretty funny he was. He made us feel like part of his family as he showed pictures of his beautiful son and the great adventures he has done himself. He took his time explaining the different features of the Highlander and allowed us to test drive the car more than once, just so I could be comfortable driving it. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable in what we were buying and answered all of our questions and concerns. Thank you Iran for helping us get the car we've been waiting for!!
