Toyota is the definition of loyalty I drove out of Dixie Toyota feeling super fly with my new Corolla 2018 SE two days ago. This is my second car from this location this year and I must say it only got better. Mr Frank Obodoechina once again out did himself and this time I learnt something new about Toyota during this recent experience. I had an unfortunate accident a few weeks back with my first car and immediately it happened I reached out to Mr Frank who sent help my way with immediate effect. From the time of the accident to the purchase of my new baby he was there for me all the way and this form of customer service is very rare in businesses these days. Now I know better, Toyota is not just out to sell cars but also to ensure customers are happy, satisfied and fulfilled after their purchase which is exactly what I experienced. Respectful service I came to Dixie Toyota looking for a car Frank was assisting a lady who was picking up her new vehicle and briefly asked me if I needed any help and I came to Dixie Toyota looking for a car Frank was assisting a lady who was picking up her new vehicle and briefly asked me if I needed any help and that he will be available shortly When the lady was gone driving her new car, Frank came to me and with out applying any pressures explained the possibilities and opportunity to buy a new car. Total ripoffs I went to Dixie Toyota for my 2010 Corolla. I was having ECU problem with it. I met this Service Consultant named SARAH who is totally unprofessional, I went to Dixie Toyota for my 2010 Corolla. I was having ECU problem with it. I met this Service Consultant named SARAH who is totally unprofessional, liar and thinks she has every right to say anything without verifying it. They diagnosed it and said I need new ECU. I asked them for the factory warranty on ECU. SARA said its 5 years, but I knew it was 96 months. So finally they agreed to replace it under warranty and they told me that the car will be ready on Monday. I called them on Monday Sarah said they didn't replaced the ECU but cleaned the terminals and its working fine now. I asked why didn't they changed it she said its back ordered and don't know when it will be available. I went there to pick up my car. They billed me $422. They charged me 2 hours of labour on the ECU which was under warranty and should have been replaced for free. Beside all that I also asked them for the labour charge to replace Spark plug I was told on the phone its 116 (one hour labour) but next day other lady said its $58 Dollars. I lost trust in them.I didn't get Courtesy car, I was without car for 5 days. MY CAR STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE SERVICE YOU DESERVE. I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. More
