The salesperson helping us was Josy Glaser, who was nothing short of amazing! He answered every single question we had and tried his best to get a great deal for us, together with the manager Chris. Both of them were amazing and we left the dealership super happy with a great deal and a new car for my mom. When she picked it up the next week, it was fully washed, polished and given to us with a full tank and a warm goodbye. I highly recommend this dealership, especially Jody Glaser. Let me explain. I went to pick up a brand new vehicle on 31st May at 9.30am; it was all confirmed and when I land there for delivery, I was told the delivery date was 1st June. I had taken leave from work for a few hours to pick up the car. The floor manager instead of apologising for the goof up insisted on me producing evidence for the 31st delivery. Even when I showed him text messages, he made me log into my account to retrieve the exchange of mails between me and the company. He finally confirmed that at best the delivery can be arranged only at 4.00pm on the same day. His tone and demeanour throughout was as though he was doing me a favor without a single word of apology. I let him know that my schedule for the day was completely messed up because of this goof up, that I had important engagements in the afternoon/evening and thus wanted to be sure about the 4.00 pm time and processing/delivery time of 30 minutes which he was suggesting. So I had planned to leave their premises by 4.45pm latest, but eventually left at 6.45pm; that too because at every stage I had to remind them that their ‘’please wait for 10 minute’’ had exceeded 20 minutes. Had I not put my foot down at every stage of waiting (the floor manager refused to come and meet me when I insisted that I cannot wait indefinitely), I would have exited their premises not before 8.00pm and I am not exaggerating. The whole experience left such an awfully poor taste that it completely drowned my excitement of owning my first car ever. These guys, especially the floor manager need some serious training in how not to take customers for granted first; ‘customer satisfaction’ being miles away. More

DO NOT go to this dealer for service s. I really wash that I could give Dixie Toyota a 5 stars rating, but I have to downgrade it to 1 start. I went there for a 42000km service for my R s. I really wash that I could give Dixie Toyota a 5 stars rating, but I have to downgrade it to 1 start. I went there for a 42000km service for my RAV4. The sales person pushed the sale by recommending a transmission fluid change. Among all the 6 Toyota dealers I have ever visited for services of all my Toyota cars, this is the only one pushed to sale something in addition to the regular service. However, the real issue is much more severe. Dixie Toyota did not remove the plastic cover protecting the car bottom in order to change the transmission fluid, instead a hole was cut on the plastic cover exactly beneath the transmission fluid drain. The car was brought back to Dixie Toyota. The general manager insisted on "you hit or ran over something". On the other hand, other independent shops pointed out instantaneously that hole had to be cut by a knife on purpose. Because for such a thick and strong cover, it would be impossible to cut such a hole simply by hitting or running over something, without any damage on the metal it covers. A complaint case was filed at Toyota Headquarter bearing the case # 2804096. Because of this incident, not only I would not go back to Dixie Toyota, but also Toyota will lose me as a customer for good. More
