Service with a smile and joke! My wife and I were looking to buy a new car and were disappointed that we would have to wait 4-6 months for a Honda Pilot. We were greeted by Ivan Oorloff at Toyota Dealership and we quickly noticed how friendly and pretty funny he was. He made us feel like part of his family as he showed pictures of his beautiful son and the great adventures he has done himself. He took his time explaining the different features of the Highlander and allowed us to test drive the car more than once, just so I could be comfortable driving it. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable in what we were buying and answered all of our questions and concerns. Thank you Iran for helping us get the car we've been waiting for!! The service department charged me $340; they said the brakes are dirty and out of alignment. They changed brake kid ($4 parts) and they charged additional labor charge $151. Total labor charge was $270 for less than 1 hr. I sent feedback to Toyota Dixie about this high charge and waiting for reply. More

The service department charged us $416.18 for NEW ROTORS to take care of the "problem". It was just some surface rust because we were on vacation for 3 weeks. If I was there I would blown a gasket. Going to check with Toyota Canada about this ridiculous charge. More

Consistently good I have been coming here for years because Erin Park Toyota was so terrible. Dixie Toyouta has a dedicated maintenance bay, so regular scheduled mainte I have been coming here for years because Erin Park Toyota was so terrible. Dixie Toyouta has a dedicated maintenance bay, so regular scheduled maintenance is always fast. They have always been helpful with any issues I have had and try to repair things rather than just selling me new parts. Staff is friendly and competent. I recently tried the detailing service. They did a good job, but broke a windshield washer nozzle and didn't replace the floor mat clips. Minor irritants, but quickly addressed on a return visit when I was in the neighbourhood. My only fear is that things will not be as good once they move to their large new location. More
