What a pleasant experience! Our 2012 RAV4 lease was coming to an end and we were looking to get the new model. We started shopping around (since the one we had leased our old one from was not really getting us any deal) and so we visited Dixie Toyota. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed - beautifully lit space, very clean and very friendly staff. We were greeted by Arif Azim, who from the beginning made us feel at ease. He patiently listened to our needs and made suggestions putting absolutely no pressure on us. He was professional, efficient, honest and explained everything with great detail. He did not mind me asking questions and made me feel like we were important. After dealing with Arif we decided to lease a vehicle from him. He put me in a new UPGRADED RAV4 XLE for a monthly payment, less than I thought was even possible. All in all it was an excellent experience. I recommend Dixie Toyota to EVERYONE! With the help of a sales representative named Ned Manuel who was an extremely honest, diligent and respectable of my choices, I then ended up purchasing a great car at a good price. Unfortunately, When I picked up the car their was a minor issue however, the used car manager, Karl Schulz took care of the problem almost instantly. Stating this, I was very much satisfied and impressed with the outcome of this specific dealership and especially representative, Ned Manuel! I definitely recommend Dixie Toyota dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a car. More

One of the salesman named Vergil Yu helped me through the whole process and successfully gave me a "ready-to-go" car with clean history and license plate in just 2 days. Some other salesman weren't so helpful and is a little bit pushy. If you are to get a car there, look for Vergil Yu. More

I will say however, Steve (sales manager) had first told us that he would be able to get us the vehicle the following week. That didn't happen and we weren't notified of the change in availablity. Instead of them calling me, I had to call the dealership where I then spoke to David (General Sales Manager) who checked the system and gave me another arrival date. Again, my car did not arrive when they said it would and I was not notified. My husband was in the area of the dealership and decided to drop by. They told him an arrival date and provided the VIN number, which turned out to be the accurate date. I dont mind waiting but it would have been nice to be updated. More

Anyway, I made the appointment and I felt like I was shuffled - didn't have a specific customer service representative assigned to me from the start. Finally I was assigned to a representative. The representative quickly called me back to tell me that they will do the recall right away and that I needed new tires. To make a long story short, I felt they were interested in getting the big ticket items done with me and did not care about actually resolving what I came in for. I found that my car still had the VSC light warning and one of my front lights still needed to be changed. Oh well they made some money from the recall. I subsequently left a voice message for the service manager and he did not call me back. I have never seen anything like it - I have been taking my car in to a Toyota dealership for years and have always been impressed with their service. I guess the Dixie center is the black sheep. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. More
