Before reaching the deal we were able to communicate in person, through emails, and via text, and on every instance I found him available for any kind of assistance. Every time I visited Dixie Toyota along with my kids he warmly greeted us and offered tea, coffee or cold drinks. On the last day of vehicle delivery he briefed me about the important functionalities, safety feature and after sale service of the Toyota Highlander. We were happy with our time spent with the business manager and manager at the dealership. An overall relaxing and enjoyable experience,not to mention the fantastic vehicle we choose. Our delivery was today and once again Arif was most helpful in picking us up at the rental car location and taking us back to complete our delivery. Nice thing is they always tell you if something is wrong and what needs to be looked at in the future. Mr. Hany Fam is the lease manager and has helped me and my friends a lot, for that I thank him and will continue to promote Dixie Toyota. I have owned 5 cars from this dealership and I am on my way for the 6th one. More

After Hello everyone. I want to share my experience with this dealership and a little more. It was very frustrating and unpleasant. So lets start. After filling out all papers sales person and manager told that car will be in 5-6 days and they will contact me. During 1-st week of waiting it was me who had to call them and ask about any update info, no initiative from their side at all. At the beginning they checked and told me that the car is in other dealership and they will swap it. It is regular business. Seems OK. After 2 days and my 1-st call they told be that that other dealership doesn't have it and car is located somewhere on warehouse. After 2 more days and 2-nd call they finally located car and gave me VIN number. Quick search with VIN through internet gave me unexpected result that car was located in other dealership 40 km from this. Interesting and not OK at all. Another week to obtain car. So generally it took 2 weeks to deliver car to me. Recently I shared this info with my friend who bought car in other dealership. He had his car in 2 days, swap with other dealership. Nice. During this "adventure" I tried to get some help from Toyota Canada. I spoke with 3 different persons. The only help they can provide is filling complaint, no more. Standard words - we are sorry with your bad experience, but dealers are independent. The main point of our conversation was - your problem with our car it's your own problems. I don't know how other dealerships and company behave. But my own example with Toyota was awful in every aspect. I hope that this information will help someone. More
