He took the time to explain everything in detail and was also very patient when it came time to making decisions. Arif Azim - great salesman! I will say however, Steve (sales manager) had first told us that he would be able to get us the vehicle the following week. That didn't happen and we weren't notified of the change in availablity. Instead of them calling me, I had to call the dealership where I then spoke to David (General Sales Manager) who checked the system and gave me another arrival date. Again, my car did not arrive when they said it would and I was not notified. My husband was in the area of the dealership and decided to drop by. They told him an arrival date and provided the VIN number, which turned out to be the accurate date. I dont mind waiting but it would have been nice to be updated. More

Anyway, I made the appointment and I felt like I was shuffled - didn't have a specific customer service representative assigned to me from the start. Finally I was assigned to a representative. The representative quickly called me back to tell me that they will do the recall right away and that I needed new tires. To make a long story short, I felt they were interested in getting the big ticket items done with me and did not care about actually resolving what I came in for. I found that my car still had the VSC light warning and one of my front lights still needed to be changed. Oh well they made some money from the recall. I subsequently left a voice message for the service manager and he did not call me back. I have never seen anything like it - I have been taking my car in to a Toyota dealership for years and have always been impressed with their service. I guess the Dixie center is the black sheep. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. More

Before reaching the deal we were able to communicate in person, through emails, and via text, and on every instance I found him available for any kind of assistance. Every time I visited Dixie Toyota along with my kids he warmly greeted us and offered tea, coffee or cold drinks. On the last day of vehicle delivery he briefed me about the important functionalities, safety feature and after sale service of the Toyota Highlander.
