Good work once the vehicle was available I have no issues with the dealership so far, service was great. My only concern was in delays from Japan and lack of communication regarding my paint I have no issues with the dealership so far, service was great. 4 hours to LOOK at a car! We went into Dixie Mitsubishi to take a look at the PHEV Outlander. When we got there, we were greeted by the Finance Manager who was incredibly helpf We went into Dixie Mitsubishi to take a look at the PHEV Outlander. When we got there, we were greeted by the Finance Manager who was incredibly helpful in answering our questions. Unfortunately our visit didn’t continue on this path. We got paired with a sales guy and told him we weren’t looking to commit to anything today but gathering info, looking at our options. It took about an hour for us to get to test drive because someone was out for a test drive already. That was fine, we waited. We went for the test drive which was good too. When we go back, we were interested in the numbers. We began the appraisal process of our trade in and continued to wait. They finally gave us the number (which was ridiculous) and we said we wanted to leave. They said give them a moment. They came back asking us if $1000 more for our trade in was reasonable. We said no, we’d like to leave. They said 2 more minutes. About 10 went by and we had to go ask for our ownership and keys back. They kept us ther for 4 hours even though when we walked in we said we didn’t want to buy anything right yet. This was unacceptable and unfortunate because we liked the car. If we decide to buy- it certainly won’t Be from this dealership! More

First time at this dealership I purchased my Mitsubishi in Brampton, which is a long way for me to go. Dixie is about 10 minutes away so I phoned and asked if it would be possible I purchased my Mitsubishi in Brampton, which is a long way for me to go. Dixie is about 10 minutes away so I phoned and asked if it would be possible to start bringing my car to them for service. They readily agreed and I made an appointment. Very friendly and efficient. Also, it was very convenient to be offered a shuffle to my home and then back to the dealership. Only issue for me was that both items which I brought the car in for they were out of stock on the parts. So, unfortunately the service was not completed. I was advised they would call me when the parts were in but a estimated time of delivery could not be provided. A little disappointed with this. Otherwise no issues at all. More

Good Start I decided to try this dealership due to disappointing customer service and care for my vehicle at the Brampton location. Michelle was friendly and I decided to try this dealership due to disappointing customer service and care for my vehicle at the Brampton location. Michelle was friendly and engaging and looked to address my concerns as well as the service I came in for. Both her and the Technician were helpful and are working with me to address an issue now experienced due to the service received at the Brampton location, which that location’s staff wouldn’t address. I also appreciated the follow on other services performed based on warranty/recall updates. So far so good! Will be going back to further investigate issue and change tires as well. Thanks Team! More
