horrible service and most unorganized dealership Where to start wow... I have never written a review in my life but after my experience with Dixie Mitsubishi I vowed to write my horrible experience and warn others to stay away. I took my Mitsubishi endeavor in due to the fact it was burning oil with only 60000km, my first day there I encounter a very uninformed service staff member by the name of Michelle she treated me like she was doing me a favor the whole time. She told me that I would have to pay if it wasn't a engine problem, i repeatedly told her if a engine burns oil its under power-train warranty she kept telling me to sign the paper or she couldn't proceed. After arguing with her for 10 minutes I signed the paper because i was forced to. They took my car in and they topped it up and said they are calling head office to see what the next step is, after sitting there for about a hour and half they told me that head office is not answering and they will call me when they talk to head office. A week and a half later I called them because no one returned my calls which I left Michelle about 2-3 messages and for some reason they didn't call back. Finally I received a call from a manger that got fired in the following weeks ahead and he informed me that I had to bring my truck in after 2000km for 2 more diagnostics, I said okay and brought it in after 2k. They ran the test and told me I can leave and informed me to bring it back when I drive it another 2k. After another 2k I made a appointment and brought it in and was informed by Michelle that i had to leave the truck because they didn't have time and they were backed up. So not only did I take a day off of work but now i was car less, there shuttle dropped me off and the driver told me this is out of there area and complained the whole time. The following day I inconvienced a friend got him to pick me up and drop me at there location. This was the second inspection they told me about but now I needed to come in for 2 more they informed me. By the 3rd time i couldn't get hold of the manager which he told me to contact him directly, he was apparently fired. Now i had to talk to wonderful Michelle to book my appointments because they had no service manager. I made the 3rd appointment dropped my truck and left town for business, 4-5 days later i picked my truck up. I booked a 4th appointment and by that time they hired a new manager named johnny so i spoke to him and explained the situation to him about my truck. He was supposed to call me back to confirm the 4th and supposedly last appointment but I never received a call back. I showed up spoke with Michelle and they diagnosed my truck again and now said that I needed to bring it in for a 5th diagnostic reading. Keep in mind there are a lot of details I'm leaving out just to get this miserable, horrible experience out there for people to read and make it quick as possible because I have no patients or energy to waste on this Mitsubishi dealership. The 5th appointment i made for 11a.m. I show up and Michelle says they cant look at my truck until 5p.m. and i will have to leave the truck there, meanwhile i have a appointment at 12:30p.m. somewhere else. So she said there's nothing I can do if you cant leave the truck I'll reschedule your appointment, so now i have to take another day off work to go in aaagaaain. I go in on the rescheduled day and they run there tests and say they will call me back but johnny informs me that my truck is not burning enough oil for them to do anything in his opinion because once again they cant get a hold of head office. I leave, johnny takes my email and and says he will call me back by Wednesday, my appointment was Monday. Its Friday now and still nothing. So all in all Mitsubishi's power train warranty for 11 years is bogus, I bought this truck due to the fact they said if anything is wrong with it they will fix it under warranty which was a lie and a scam. I still haven't received a call or email to tell me what head offices answer was. People buying a Mitsubishi I recommend you don't spend the money and get your self a German built car/truck they have better service and better cars. They give you a lender car until they fix your problem and they aren't unorganized like these guys. All in all if you already have a Mitsubishi DO NOT GO TO THIS DIXIE LOCATION, worst experience ever might as well go to ali Bluepinders mom and dads spot then go here. I feel bad for the owner, he has unprofessional, uncapable people running his business. I left so much out but i'm done with these guys I have no more energy for them. More

Recommendations are innumerable, now I got a service recommendation which amounts to 3400$, isn't this ridiculous. My service rep keep saying stuff like if I do not do this it could be dangerous. More
