He was straight forward and told me what was in stock and then we test drove 2 trucks I liked. It was a very nice experience that I would recommend to anyone who is in the market for a car/truck. Was put in touch with Scott Cruickshank over the phone. Had a very informative conversation about options. Still unsure of whether to buy or not, went for an apointment. After almost 4 hours of my decision process, we came to a deal on a brand new F150 Sport that fit into my budget. Scott was awesome and patient during the process and at no time pressured me into my decision. Had two great experiences getting service done and now a great experience purchasing! Love the truck! Will be back in the future to get a replacement for the Fusion! Thanks Scott and Dixie Ford for making vehicle purchasing truly enjoyable! Cheers! More

After finishing the lease they want to sell me new vehicle again but i was interested in buy back my leased vehicle. They started asking me more than what was agreed on at the time of lease They demanded more than $300 admin charges which was not written at the time of leasing the vehicle. I objected but they did not listen, I paid them but decided not to go back dixie ford I bought 5 vehicles from them very bad customer service be careful for hidden charges while leasing vehicle from them More

Outstanding service Well what is there to say, having to buy another new car, dreaded going through all the dealer hype. After exploring various other makes came back to my Ford! So refreshing to have had dealings with Richard Bradley. Very professional and organized! With the many trips to Dixie, glad that Richard was always welcoming to my questions and responded to text messages as well! I love the truck as I pointed out to Richard on his follow up calls, (who makes follow up calls anymore?) Would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership and specifically Richard Bradley. I have since tried there service department and I must say that in this day and age, someone is actually "taking care of me and my truck"! Hats off to Richard, Rob and Zana and the rest of the staff. On my last visit a few days ago, my curiosity move me to find out the new version and improvements on the 2017 Ford Escape model. I was impressed with the new features and sales people were so helpful, that I ended buying and driving out this new model. I would like to highlight the great advice from the sales team: They work like a solid and very proud team! It's nice to see people committed on providing good service to the clients and great performance for the company they are working for. That's why I would like to recommend Dixie Ford to anybody wanting to have a peace of mind when making a choice from car dealers in the GTA. More

Terrible Service Dept Had a very large job done to my Mustang GT, 14 hr job. The job required grinding and cutting within the engine Bay and left a huge amount of iron filings/shavings in the entire engine compartment. This type of debris can easily get into engine components and fluids causing damage. When I got home I noticed it and cleaned it thoroughly. I contacted service about it and they said make an appointment and come back and they will clean it. So waste another day and come in and they will do the job that should have been done the first time, wow. I told them I already cleaned it, terrible Service. More
