Today (as I'm writing this review as I wait) they found the front stabilizer links to be broken and charged me 300$ to replace them, half for parts half for labour. A quick Google search shows me that there would be rattling if they are loose but assuming they are in fact loose, they are worth 20$ for replacements, not 150$. Also, since when did 45 minutes of a mechanics time become worth 150$? Apparently nothing is covered by my warranty so I'm going to let it lapse. The maintenance is costing more than replacing the car. More

I find all car sales man dishonest. I have not dealt with the service department yet. So i cant comment on that. But good luck with sales. The sales person was honest and friendly. The Sales Manager, Carl Ho, was very good and went out of his wasy to rectify a couple of minor issues that we had with the vehicle. Because we came from Hamilton to Mississauga to make this purchase, we were happy to know that the dealership was more than willing to satisfy us after-the-fact. The price was very good for the vehicle and we would recommend this dealership and will definitely go back when we need another vehicle. And...the coffee was good whille we waited! The only downfall...no cookies!!! LOL More
