Second time around!! My first time buying a vehicle at Dixie Ford was 3 year ago and I was thrilled with the service, the price and the vehicle itself. Now 3 years later I needed an new vehicle as I had too many kms on mine (drive for a living). I went back to Dixie Ford and Barry was an excellent sales rep. He not only met my needs in the pricing and trade in but I also felt good about the new vehicle I bought. I love it and will be back in 3 years. Thank you Barry!!! More

rip off artists The service centre is run by rip off artists. I bought a car here and wanted to maintain the warranty and every time I come in the magically find some The service centre is run by rip off artists. I bought a car here and wanted to maintain the warranty and every time I come in the magically find something wrong with it. Today (as I'm writing this review as I wait) they found the front stabilizer links to be broken and charged me 300$ to replace them, half for parts half for labour. A quick Google search shows me that there would be rattling if they are loose but assuming they are in fact loose, they are worth 20$ for replacements, not 150$. Also, since when did 45 minutes of a mechanics time become worth 150$? Apparently nothing is covered by my warranty so I'm going to let it lapse. The maintenance is costing more than replacing the car. More
