I bought a Focus 2012 a few weeks ago and it came with a broken car audio. Today I got there to check it and they said me it is ONLY 800$ to fix it. I didn’t accept the quote and then I talked with the seller guy and the service advisor, they said me they can’t do anything for me. The best valuable advice was from seller guy (Farhan) “It is cheaper if you go to Canadian Tire to get a new car audio instead of to do it here”. I've spent almost 3 hours there to hear it and to spend 100$ for diagnosing. Dixie Ford never more. More
