I got ripped off. Worse experience ever! Such a bad experience. I will NEVER go back to this dealership. They polished my new truck for $799. I thought buying a second truck from this dealership they would treat me better but I was wrong. They snuck in extra charges by convincing me it was 30 cents a day. The salesperson we had was dealing with another customer at the same time we were picking up our new truck and didn't even go over our truck with us. You shouldn’t believe in their reputation on Facebook and Google. After you buy a car, the seller offers 2 free change oil or anything else in exchange for 5-star comment on Facebook and Google. I bought a Focus 2012 a few weeks ago and it came with a broken car audio. Today I got there to check it and they said me it is ONLY 800$ to fix it. I didn’t accept the quote and then I talked with the seller guy and the service advisor, they said me they can’t do anything for me. The best valuable advice was from seller guy (Farhan) “It is cheaper if you go to Canadian Tire to get a new car audio instead of to do it here”. I've spent almost 3 hours there to hear it and to spend 100$ for diagnosing. Dixie Ford never more. More
