Poor sales experience We walked into the dealership on Dec.23, 2017, mid/late morning. We were the only customers when we walked in and a sales lady approached us and asked if there was anyone we were looking to see. While she greeted us a few other sales people came out of the woodwork. I explained that we are looking for an electric vehicle (EV), specifically the ones with government rebates. She promptly said that we would have to go online and see which ones those were. Obviously there was no interest to sell us anything if I have to do the work. I in no way expected the young lady to know everything about the rebates and did expect her to offer to look them up so we could discuss options - this is part of sales..... At this point I said we shouldn’t have to look this up and that they don’t want to sell anything so we will go to another dealership. While we were walking out, one of the other salespeople yelled, “bye!” We just kept walking as they were not worth the energy. We did drive to Whie Oak Ford and ended up buying a plug in hybrid Fusion. I wouldn’t recommend Dixie ford based on the behaviour the sales team demonstrated. More

Everything was done well and that too in a very quick and organized way. Great service, I always felt like a valued customer and they offered the best options so I don't even have to shop around, I knew I am always getting the best deal.The customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. . Not to forget, amazing customer service from front desk too. She is so friendly and warm. Thank you Dixie Ford ! More
Excellent Service I bought a new Ford Escape car from this dealership in 2014 and I only use this dealership for parts and service. They always inform me ahead of time I bought a new Ford Escape car from this dealership in 2014 and I only use this dealership for parts and service. They always inform me ahead of time when a service is due, will take my calls and explain what is planned for the next service and also advise on additional when appropriate. They are very flexible in booking and arranging for a shuttle when requested. I am always dealing with either Glen Passfield or Zana Mehmeti who are very professional, efficient and friendly and will work out the best solution to keep my car in best shape. I am also very happy with Brandon in the Parts department who would always do everything possible to bring in the parts requested and even call me directly by phone to let me know when my paint pen arrived as my paint is special and had to be ordered. I feel that I am in very good hands, my car is running smoothly. Would recommend their service to everyone. More

Never going back there ever Pay to have my car fix for a engine low compression paid them in full told it was fix drove home that but the same problem was there call told them th Pay to have my car fix for a engine low compression paid them in full told it was fix drove home that but the same problem was there call told them the next day say bring it in and we have a rental car so u can get home that evening because it was to late in the day for it to be fix so got there no rental spoke to the manager about he say the girl went home n she left no keys or no rental then I was stuck there because my car was not working properly n because I refuse to leave emptied handed they had me arrested because I complain about my car worse day of my life n to this day not even the service manager or anybody in charge has call or contact me about this matter so people you been warn be careful going there to get you car fix because now after all this cost me 1200.00 at the end of the day so thank u dixie ford More

I got a call to confirm, except the sales person really wanted to make sure that I understood that it was a lot of trouble to move the car, to check if I was coming for a joyride, and that if I was really coming that it's one of the last cars in Canada blah blah blah. He wanted to make sure I understood that he's doing me a favor by allowing me to test drive a car I was ready to buy until I started speaking with him. Its a shame, I really wanted my first new car experience to be positive but unfortunately this guy didn't give a xxxx about what I wanted, he just wanted to make a quick sale. A little pointer if anyone reads these, act like you care about what the customer wants, then try to guilt trip them into making a quick decision, doing it on the phone doesn't work that well. Good luck with this place. More
