Unprofessional, Ignorant & Lack of Customer Service. The sales rep my family and I were dealing with (Raatib Andrerson) was very unprofessional. We were looking into a used vehicle but somehow got approv The sales rep my family and I were dealing with (Raatib Andrerson) was very unprofessional. We were looking into a used vehicle but somehow got approved for a new 2018 (never asked for new, only signed for used). Once I had mentioned to the sales rep I am not interested in something new because it was out of my budget this is what he sent back to me (Tell your father to come and pick up his deposit then. We cancelled the approval. Enjoy the bus ride) Someone like this needs some more training with customer service. His whole attitude was just ignorant from the beginning. I'm still waiting for a manager or GM to respond back to my email about this and still haven't heard anything from anyone, and because of this I will not go back and I will tell others not to go there. Can't expect much from him if his manager allows this kind of non sense to happen. I could only imagine who else he has treated this way. More

Poor after-service I had a very bad experience with this service concerning the change of the rear light due to condensation and poor sealing. First, I went five weeks I had a very bad experience with this service concerning the change of the rear light due to condensation and poor sealing. First, I went five weeks ago (right after I bought the car) to explain the problem. They told me to take an appointment to take some pictures (they needed to be sent and approved by Ford). After one week, they took the pictures and then two weeks after that, they sent me an email to inform me that the parts were arrived at the dealership. But in fact they were not there! I waited another week then I went there to change the parts : I waited two hours and I was told that the parts were changed! But the car did not move and the job was not done! They tried to make me think that I was there for the pictures and the person in charge was not there (Mr.Rob), and I needed to come again next week!! It was clear on their computer that my appointment was taken to replace the parts. After I got very upset and told them that I was not going to leave the service without my parts being changed. They all tried to convince me that I was wrong : Linda, Tina and Nicole were very insistent and wanted me to signed a paper that the parts were replaced, but they were not! I was saved by Atna who came to check what happened and told them that I was right. The service took the car. I waited another two hours! Until the end, they were very mean. They were looking at me like it was my fault and were making me feel very bad. They didn't even showed me the car when the job was done to take a look around. It hurts when people think you are an idiot. Rob came back after to tell me that they did not understand but in fact they were all four in the "business"! Congratulations guys, good job! More
