Amazing, Amazing Service I was dealing with an odd, sporadic transmission issue since the winter, I was going nuts with it. I had brought my car to four places, including ano I was dealing with an odd, sporadic transmission issue since the winter, I was going nuts with it. I had brought my car to four places, including another Ford dealership. The issue just would not trigger any codes or register misfires no matter where I went. Frustrated, I spoke with Nicole yesterday and she suggested I come in today (Sat. May 28) and speak with Barry Makino, the Service Manager. Barry, shocked me, he took the time to let me tell him all the symptons and how to replicate. He was asking questions that made sense, heading towards resolution. He pops my hood and finds a loose cable (to which I am sure another firm that replaced my battery did it). Brings over a mechanic, adjusts the cable and kindly suggests I contact them if any more problems. I MEAN WOW! Thank you so much Barry and Dixie Ford for resolving 5 months of misery. I am now driving the car like crazy to try and replicate the issue again and so far so good! My next Ford purchase needs to be at Dixie. With this kind of service, how can I not buy from them? It was my wife and I second time leasing from Dixie Ford dealership and everyone was extremely friendly, like we were part of the Ford family. Richard Menezes was again our Assistant Sales Manager and to say he worked tirelessly to ensure we received the best deal possible is an understatement. Richard’s very knowledgeable about every car, and all their features. He never tried to sell me on anything I didn't need, he just wanted to find the right vehicle for me and my wife. Stars I felt that he cared and listen to all my wishes. Unfortunately it is rare these days to get good service but I certainly received it by Richard !! I must also commend Jack Rudnicki our Sales Manager for working with Richard on our lease he was very informative and gave great personal service. He was able to provide me with options and was so with getting back to me on any answers. ( And believe me I had a lot of them). He was very accommodating as I really wanted certain options on my 2016 Ford Edge and I’m happy to say they both came through on all of them. did not stand by their agreement put a down payment with my credit card to hold a truck at the agreed upon price as per the salesman sayeed rehman and the sales manager . two days lat put a down payment with my credit card to hold a truck at the agreed upon price as per the salesman sayeed rehman and the sales manager . two days later Sayeed calls me to inform me there a box liner in the truck and I must pay another $500 to get the truck ! I told them we have an agreement on price and they can take it out or leave it in but i'm not paying more . the next day they called me to tell me they sold the truck to someone else ! poor business practice , do not trust this dealer , their word is worthless ! More

The entire transaction took less then two hours and I was treated like a valued customer. Farhan Khaliq was my sales rep and he did a great job. Everyone at this dealership were terrific.
