Completely incompetent Dealer does not know Jeeps at all, does not understand what he is talking or what the customer wants. Very pushy. Told me it is impossible to find what I wanted, was pushing me to get a different package and then to go to indy shop for the mods (saying "It is only $1500" - real value of such mods is over $7K!). Spent two hours there with no avail. Worst dealership experience ever. Went next day to Capital Dodge - they got me EXACTLY what I wanted in half an hour! More

They don't try and sell you anything you don't need. They stock the best units, and have the best prices. We all want top notch service at an amazing price, but to find both is rare. The boys at Dilawri Dodge have both. Don't waste your time at other dealers, you will end up buying here anyways! Thanks guys More
Only thing I go there for now, is my "free" oil change I bought a 2013 Rubicon. I have to say that the Sales and Finance departments are awesome. They had to order the Jeep directly from the manufacturer, I bought a 2013 Rubicon. I have to say that the Sales and Finance departments are awesome. They had to order the Jeep directly from the manufacturer, to get exactly what I wanted and I received it about 2 months later. The bad experiences started when I had to visit the service department. My freedom hard top was leaking when it rained or had rained...and I don't mean minor leaks, water was gushing in over the rear view mirror, the driver and passenger front windows and around the top center. It took the service department 4 times to repair this issue and guess what it still leaks from the rear view mirror area and center roof area. I have all documents and they basically replaced the same exact seals ALL 4 times, with multiple other times the Jeep went in and they couldn't even find the leak. I would get my Jeep back and guess what...the leak was still pretty obvious. I also had a squeaking noise coming from the engine area. Two of the last times I took my Jeep in to have the seals changed for the leak, I mentioned the squeaking sound coming from under the hood. Brought the Jeep in twice and both times they told me they heard absolutely nothing. So on 26 May 2016 I brought my Jeep to another dealership to have them listen to the sound and book an appointment to bring it in. At this point I was tired of hearing it and afraid of the damage this ongoing issue may cause. The other dealership Ottawa Chrysler Jeep Dodge on St. Laurent, heard the noise immediately and booked me in for the following Monday. Guess what...my water pump needed to be replaced, so they replaced it. On top of that they offer better shuttle service and they washed the outside of my Jeep. Can't get better customer service than that. More

After I wrote the earlier review, I was so annoyed with my telephone experience that I went in person to the Service Dept minutes minutes after. Turns out that not all the service dept personnel are jerks, just the earlier telephone mope. In person, the one young service rep (the one I originally dealt with for the 1st appointment) was polite, informative and helpful. I was impressed that he knew my name, knew the status of my radio issue, all that good stuff without logging into his database. He is good at what he does and I don't want anyone to think otherwise. It doesn't change the fact that they book repairs without having parts on hand, but the in-person discussion was certainly a 180 degree difference from the earlier telephone experience that was totally indifferent and irritating. FACT IS... They booked me in for two recalls that were clearly communicated to them. One was safety the other was a defective radio and navigation system. I left it all day and only when I went to pick up the vehicle service told me they couldn't fix the radio/Nav system it would have to be replaced but no parts. Service told me they would call me back in a week when the part was in. Not only did they not call back; the radio/nav system is now in worse shape after they worked on it. Weeks later I call back to Dilawri Service Desk and despite having all my tombstone contact and vehicle info in their system (they wouldn't even take my name) WOULD NOT advise the status of my open service workticket; instead telling me to call their parts department. Of course, no one answers parts (leave a message). Why Dilawri Dodge Service Dept blows customers off and expects someone to check ON THEIR SERVICE REQUEST with another department in their organization is beyond poor service. Stay away! More

Two weeks later, I brought my car to Dilawri at 7:00 am, having to take two hours off work to get the car to the shop, then shuttle back to work. At 10:00 on the day I brought the car in, Dilawri Service guy. Louis calls to tell me that they can't do the recall repair because they have to order the parts! They had two weeks to order the parts but they wait until I bring the car in to actually order them! On top of this, no apologies from Dilawri. I did receive an apology from Chrysler Canada. I finally got the transmission fixed at Dilawri, but I will never bring my car back to Dilawri. More

Great Service! I recently had my 2014 Chrysler 200 in for service (check engine light on). I was met by the service adviser Shane who was definitely went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my vehicle was looked after and the problem was solved. He was very attentive and sympathetic with my situation. He arranged to get me a shuttle to work. Once the problem was identified - Shane called to let me know what the problem was and advised me the vehicle was in his opinion 'not the safest' to drive at that time and that he had to order a part that would take a few days to arrive. He arranged a rental vehicle for me and was kind enough to get me picked up from work and shuttle me to get the rental vehicle. Shane kept me up to date at all times. When the vehicle was ready for pick up and I arrived at the dealer Shane answered every question I had and seemed to know his stuff. He went and brought the vehicle around to the drive through area so that I didn't have to walk around looking for my car. (the parking situation isn't the greatest) also it was raining on that day which was a nice touch and shows customer service still means something to certain places. All in all Shane was great and I will definitely be back. Great service, great staff. Thank You Shane for your awesome service! More

Service SUCKS!!! Bought our first Jeep a month ago. The sales staff were great and we were excited about our new vehicle. The problems started on the second day of Bought our first Jeep a month ago. The sales staff were great and we were excited about our new vehicle. The problems started on the second day of owning our new vehicle. We have had numerous problems with our brand new jeep cherokee including jumpy transmission....faulty rear differential....annoying noises both inside and outside the vehicle...issues with the paint....and messages popping up saying we have mismatched tires. These problems are upsetting enough but what is making this whole situation worse is their service department!! They have been rude...and that was the manager. There is NO communication. They don't call and let you know what is going on or even when your vehicle is ready. They can't seem to find solutions to any problems unless you put down your foot and demand it gets addressed. I have never seen service like this and I would NOT recommend them to anyone!! More
