just don’t go here. Seriously Absolutely horrible. I get they tryna make a sell but there’s a better way todo so. Customer service is trash. Recently bought a new 2017 Dodge Ram that I now find out, has no basic/standard security alarm! This is not even a question I would ask a dealership when buying a newer vehicle... it would be like asking does a horn and radio come standard? Dodge makes you purchase a remote start/alarm package for $600. I have asked other Dodge dealers and other newer vehicle owners and they also could not believe there was no security alarm. Even the company that Dodge uses to install these remote starters/alarm, the guy did not believe me and had to double check that there was no alarm before he installed one! This should be something at least disclosed to the consumer prior to deciding on a purchase. Also, my vehicle was not ready upon promised delivery date. I had a back-up camera thrown into the deal... was on paperwork during signing and was told to make an appt with service to have it installed. Made appt for almost a month later, went into Hunt Club Dodge/Chrysler service and sat there for over an hour only to find out that Camera was not even ordered yet and was going to be an after market camera. So, talking to the Sale GM, Charbel, about my buying experience/dissatisfaction... he wanted to help me out and managed to get me $200 off an upgraded two-way remote start/alarm package. However, this still cost me over $500 out of my own pocket directly after a new vehicle purchase. I then asked about maybe a deal on getting my truck bed liner sprayed.... He said he could get me "their" price for the application which he stated was $599. It turns out that this $599 is still what the general public would pay as I did some research and called around to other dealers. In the end, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as they don't really seem to care about aftercare upon purchase or telling the truth More

It took days for anyone to return a phone call, when sent to a voicemail the recordings are for people that don't even work there anymore, bought a truck and a car at the same time, vehicles weren't ready when promised, repairs on used 2014 car still haven't been completed, I won't be returning to even get the promised work done as I have no faith left in these people! my advice is do NOT go to this dealership! More

Watch out - they will try to upsell you and hide the true value of a new truck. The contract I signed specified 72 month amortization - but on a bi-weekly schedule to have loan paid in 3 years. They attempted to stick me for 72 "sets" of bi-weekly payments. OMVIC agreed with me an anulled the sales agreement - as tempting as it was to hold them to the contract. Case 2 - my parents bought a Jeep. Contract stipulates installation of OEM Sirrius satellite radio. Instead, they got a radio from Best Buy after 3 weeks of hounding and the installation was horribly done with wires everywhere! OMVIC says dealer is unresponsive. OMVIC decision is pending. Also - tires went flat in 2 weeks and all 4 had to be replaced (this is a new Jeep purchased with 16 km's on it). Dilawri is not what they used to be - so run. Run far and run fast. I suggest Metro. In a pinch, Capital Dodge will work. More

Deceitful I was quoted $50 for an oil change (and $40 for winter tire change) for a total of $90. I provided my VIN so the specific cost should have been known. At arrival I was told my "package" would cost $140. The oil change would be $70 instead, since it required synthetic. They initially tried to charge an extra $30 for a full inspection, which I did not need. The price was then $110. I signed for this. An hour later (and 10 minutes before the work was complete), I was told it would cost $155 for the oil change alone ($115 for parts + labour + tax). The previous car owner never paid more than $100 at a certified dealer. Most other shops are even less. Extremely unprofessional process and lack of respect. After paying 3x what I had been quoted on the phone for the oil change, I'll never return. More

Service department is a joke I will never return to these guys again. Only business they will receive is my "free oil changes" Traded my old jeep for a brand new truck and have ha I will never return to these guys again. The service department skirts around all of the issues and problems has zero accommodation for the customer when they need any sort of service on the vehicle. Sales is awesome, as soon as they have your money they could care less about you as a customer. More
