We went to the dealership to look at the Jeeps Wranglers. We had a good expeience but wanted to think about the deal over night so we made an appointment to come back the next day at 7:00pm. When we arrived back I was very disappointed when our salesperson was not there. The sales manager who made the appointment was also not there. At this point I was very angry and almost walked out. I thought, what kind of service was this??? Luckily Isko Safic walked over, calmed me down and gave us excellent service from that point on making the sale.
