The only thing is that he was telling me that there was one model with 17 inch wheel but it turned out to be wrong. I spent at least 45 minutes deciding whether to go with the bigger wheel and more expensive van or the 16 inch wheel. Anyway, that was my only frustration with him. He went to his manager when I negotiated with him without hesitation and he went beyond the call of duty. So I will return to him if the vehicle works out well.
