Dan responded promptly and courteously to a web inquiry I made. After road testing we discussed some pricing and I left without making a deal. The following day I called Dan back to confirm pricing and confi made. After road testing we discussed some pricing and I left without making a deal. The following day I called Dan back to confirm pricing and confirm what it all included. Pleasantly, I discovered that the price he gave included dealer admin charges. Since we were close to agreement on trade-in value, I asked Dan to prepare for road test the actual vehicle that I would be interested in purchasing. (The previously road tested truck did not have a tow package which I did prefer to have). Upon return, I road tested the new truck with Dan and was happy with it. Dan did up the offer to purchase worksheet which included the pricing as he had quoted and confirmed over the phone. We did a little negotiating to arrive at a final trade-in value and the deal was completed. There were no hidden or extra charges added in addition to the quote. It took the service department 4 days to get a tire for me. I find it ridiculous that the person lost my info and i had to follow up to get my own tire. My experience was not a good time.
