He was so approachable and comfortable to speak with. We didn't feel pressured at all. He spoke to us like a normal person and not someone that was pushing just to sell a car. He actually seemed to care about us and our choices and what we wanted in a vehicle, etc... after a bit of time, we knew this car was for us. Wasfi helped us make that decision and all with such great ease. We enjoyed our time with him as well as Adam in Financing. He was very thorough with everything and made sure we understood all. Bottom line, if you want a great deal and a great experience purchasing your next vehicle, choose Dilawri and most certainly find Wasfi Haroun. He is a complete gentleman and will treat you right! When we returned to the dealership, Ian made sure to welcome us back, and acknowledge our presence with a quick greeting to let us know he'd be with us as soon as he was done with the customers he was dealing with. He even offered us a small chocolate Easter egg each when we were done. Kudos go to the mechanic who worked on our van, and got a half days work done in a matter of hours. More

irresponsible repairs, very poor service When we moved to Ontario we were looking for a Dodge dealership to provide service for our 2009 Dodge Journey. We selected Dilawri based on location. When we moved to Ontario we were looking for a Dodge dealership to provide service for our 2009 Dodge Journey. We selected Dilawri based on location. The power steering failed on the vehicle and we brought it in for service. At the same time we mentioned that it would need new front brake pads. The part for the steering was not available and since the vehicle could not be safely operated without the repair, we left it at Dilawri while we waited for the part. We were told they would keep it "indefinitely". Just over a week later the steering was repaired and the front brake pads and rotors were replaced, at the same time the back brakes were cleaned. 2 Weeks later the front brake line broke and we were left without functioning brakes. The vehicle could not be stopped. It was scary, and very upsetting. We called Dilawri- Lui told us to call a tow truck to get it to Dilawri. We did, Lui then called to say that although he had no idea how a hole appeared in the brake line, he knew for certain it had nothing to do with their recent service- he suggested it was maybe a rock or ice chip. When we picked up the vehicle the service report clearly stated the hole was caused by "rubbing"- there was no offer to compensate us for the tow or the repairs that were obviously caused (albeit unintentionally) by their own work. Under no circumstances would I ever trust any vehicle to Dilawri nor would I recommend them to any person looking for a service centre. I have nothing positive to say about the service we received from Dilawri. More

I was so nervous as I had to return my rental the next day and had to make a decision very quickly. Wasfi, Graham, Ian at the Service Desk and of course Darrin Brown, the GM, were incredibly courteous, attentive, and very sensitive to my needs, reassuring me on my purchase and making sure all my questions were answered, and never rushing me. Even after I signed and bought the car, Wasfi came outside to talk with me to make sure I left feeling confident and happy about my decision. They all went above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you, every one of you, for your genuine kindness, impeccable customer service and professionalism :) I LOVE MY CAR!!! More
