It had 'new vehicle' written on the sales agreement - unknown to me, it had damage. Within less than I week, I was in the service repair dept. Within a week of having a ‘new’ vehicle, it is being repaired but the worst part was the poor quality customer service treatment I received. The night sales manager was not at sympathetic towards my situation. He was also unprofessional and rude. Also, the service repair dept. only provides one-way shuttle service, not back to the dealership. And they do not provide customers with car rentals unless you pay for the extra monthly service package, or unless you qualify as extraordinary circumstance – which apparently I qualified for - I am supposed to feel lucky that I have been given a rental when I am making a car payment for a new vehicle I cannot drive. I am used to real quality and customer service from FORD. There are no questions asked at FORD, you get a rental covered under their free basic warranty plan. I had a good quality vehicle from FORD and I regret not buying again from them. I would think twice before buying anything at Dilawri. More

I was looking for a used 2013, low mileage, fully equiped van (which I had a really good idea of my total cash output based on my trade-in and making offers at two of the other dealerships - one was accepted but cancelled several days later as they could not produce the vehicle). Dilawri put me into a new 2014 at the same price bracket meeting all my requirements. They added a couple options to make it happen.. Really pleased on two levels - vehicle/price & Sales personnel.
